The Summer Workshop in Mathematics at Kerala School of Mathematics (SWIM@KSoM) is a rigorous and focused instructional program designed to provide a deep dive into fundamental mathematical areas. The workshop typically features in-depth lectures covering key concepts in Mathematical Analysis, Abstract Algebra, and Linear Algebra.

To reinforce understanding and develop problem-solving skills, these lectures are complemented by dedicated problem-solving sessions. This intensive program is specifically tailored for highly motivated students, usually in their final year of a Bachelor of Science degree or early years of a Master’s program. Participants benefit from instruction delivered by experienced and highly regarded mathematicians in their respective fields.

Selection to the workshop is based on an evaluation of academic performance in undergraduate studies, Class 12 marks, and recommendation letters from the applicant's department head.

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the official online portal. Shortlisted candidates receive formal confirmation and further instructions via email.

Complimentary meals and on-campus accommodation are arranged for all selected participants at the hosting campus.
