The Workshop on Sieve Methods and Applications took place at the Kerala School of Mathematics from June 24 to 29, 2025. The event brought together experts and young scholars in analytic number theory to explore modern sieve techniques, their theoretical underpinnings, and diverse applications. The workshop featured a series of lectures, discussions, and problem sessions aimed at fostering deeper understanding and collaborative research.

Abstract: Various spaces of arcs in algebraic varieties have recently become of interest in several contexts of both algebraic geometry and representation theory. I will discuss some of these results.

Abstract: On \( L^p(\mathbb{R}^{2n}) \), we have two semigroups of operators generated by Hermite and special Hermite operators. A curious relation between these two semigroups was discovered recently. We will talk about this and some applications if time permits.
